Are you sure that if u can download to a psp with limewire, it will work with Windows ME?

It will work perfectly on Windows ME. You can use limewire or bearshare. Bearshare seem to be a little better than the others.

Well, its supposed to. but i would prefer win xp as it handles limewire better. If u want only limewrire, then install a lower version of it.
