How do I report abuse to a cell phone company by someone who is harrasing me on my cell phone? They always call blocked, but little do they know, I can view their number by my online statement. So what am I to do?

your phone company has an annoyance call hot line and special # you can call when the person calls that traces the call. you can actually file charges with your local prosecutor just be sure you have proof

Do they hang up the moment you pick up? If they don't, maybe you can creep them out first (by saying something weird), then call your cellphone support to report the number.

call up your phone companys customer support, or go to the local court, and get a court order for them to cease.
