Above 135lb would be overweight. Over 30%-32% body fat or bigger than a 32 inch waist may give a better indication, if you have a larger frame or high muscle mass. HTH : )

google BMI charts, Body Mass Index. See a doctor then a good personal trainer. Look for Dr. Mehmet Oz new book. Start with knowing your BMI which you have to have a test to determine. Watch Fit TV cable channel.

i read once in an article about nicole richie that she is 5'2" and that a healthy weight for that height is 120 give or take %10. so between 108 and 132. but i dont know how accurate that is. you should look up a bmi index. they will probably be more accurate

I would think that over 150 would be a bit more overweight than desired, but I think "fat" is determined in your mind, when you are no longer comfortable with yourself then it is time to change.

if you have a medium frame118-132lbs
if you have a larger frame128-143 lbs
