It is definitely okay as a matter of fact it is a must. Puppies need socialization with humans and the world around him/her so that they do not become fearful as they get older.

As long as mom doesn't mind, handle the pups as early as possible to get them used to being handled by people. It's all about socializing them. Start touching them all over, rubbing gently, their feet, bellies, faces, ears, holding them on their backs gently is great for times in the vet office.
Just be gentle

Yes, as long as you are EXTREMELY careful. Their bones are extremely fragile at this point, even moreseo than their mom's bones are. They are probably close to the bone density of a bird. Think of holding them as holding a baby bird when you do it--gently and with great care.

Yes, it is fine. They need to know that you are part of their surroundings so they do not become afraid of human contact. Just be careful and do not over handle them.

Absolutely. They have about the same size and weight of a little league baseball at that age, so let junior get a little extra practice, too!! Chihuahuas are quite aerodynamic.
