It is not written in the New Testament at all. It is rightfully inferred. How? Jews traditionally under the Law offered sacrifices. Even Jesus did this!!!! He had to keep the law up until his death. Then the New Testament became effective.
Paul said he was a devout Jew (the Book of Acts bears this out) and as such he would have kept the letter of the law which includes sacrifices. AFTER his conversion, there is no reason to assume he continued the tradition of sacrifices.

The only sacrifices that Paul may have offered are those from when he was known as Saul, the Pharisee.
Paul accepted the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross as the only acceptible sacrifice.
N.B. The are no verses in the Bible that mention "Paul" and "sacrifice" in the same verse.

Paul did not offer sacrifices -- Jesus was the last sacrifice for the sins of all mankind and Paul was blinded by Jesus on the way to Damascus -- that was the beginning of Paul's mission trips all over the Mediteranian Sea area to convert the Gentiles to Christianity

Define your use of the word Sacrifice.
Human, animal, money, time.....
I found no reference to Paul offering any sacrifice in the book of Acts.

No he did not offer sacrifices. Just his own suffering. He did say that it didn't matter if one ate the meat from a sacrifice as long as the person recognized it only as meat and thanked the Lord for it.

There is no indication that he did. According to Jewish law, only the high priest could offer sacrifices in the temple for the people.
