Nana is correct. You burn the calories while you exercise, but you also break down muscle. That muscle only rebuilds itself when you rest. That's why it is bad to overdue. It is easy to do...I've done it myself many times, but the one thing you have to realize is nothing will change overnight. It takes time. So spread out your exercise sessions. It is good to do cross training like you are doing, but you shouldn't really work out more than 5 days a week, and probably about 2 hours a day, depending on the intensity of the workout.

4-5 hours is way to much, you can get addicted to exercise and end up doing your body more harm than good and risk injury , getting some cardio in 4-5 times a week for an hour a day and eating a healthy diet should help you lose weight.

i think that four hours a day is too much because i think you can overdue exercising and your muscles need a rest. i think 3 times a week is plenty for at least an hour. i do yoga and walk my treadmill and do a walking video that is two miles, but i don't do it all everyday. By exercising and cutting big on portions i think you will see the pounds melt away. good luck......keep moving.

Yep, I'd say so lol. You only need 1 hr a day 5-6 days a week and watching your foods, and you'll drop it off pretty good. Diet is half of it. Don't try to get it all off in one day silly!

Yes, your body needs a chance to heal and rest.
