Well, here there is at least 10 guys for every girl,
And so most of them do.
I have a hard time finding one that is single.
And when I do, I don't know what to do,
Because it is so rare.

Maybe you have low self esteem. If you don't think highly of yourself, you're probably psyching yourself out to do badly with the opposite sex. You have to learn to like yourself first before you can learn to like someone else. I get the feeling that you subconsciously do not like yourself so you go into all things thinking that a girl is unavailable so you won't have to deal with the rejection of asking someone out. I'd recommend that you use your free time to find yourself essentially and figure out what your interests are and what you like about yourself. People like people who have goals and hobbies and not people who are just looking to find a significant other. Once other girls see that you are perfectly content being single because of your other interests, they will come around to you, not the other way around.

Just don't assume. and it is more like 10 girls for every guy. Like everyong under 20 in my town is single we don't have many 20-35 year olds mostly 0-19 In school or 35+ older people lol

I think that you should just ask them on a date and if they do have a bf then tell them that you just want to be good friends with them and that if they do want to go out later after they break up with their bf then say YES.
