your kitten dose need to be wormed. But most wormers shouldnt be used on any animal less than 6 weeks of age, I would NOT suggest worming your kitten until he is atleast 6weeks old. The bloating is more likely just from eating alot. I would suggest however watching how much he eats. I meen give him all he wants but make sure he dosent eat it to fast it can make him sick. If hes eating hard food you can also mix a little milk with it, this will help your little guy fill up faster. And use wet food. Its more filling and help puts weight on.
I wouldnt be worried about the bloating. Cats stomachs expand making them look 'fat' after eating alot. Though its nothing really to worry about.
If he stays bloated (without it going down any) you should call your vet. I wouldnt panic but it never hurts for check ups.

best wager is to apply a flea comb. We presently received a 6 week previous kitten, loaded with fleas. I did what i might want to with the flea comb. Went in for his images, and that i requested the vet, he reported no to the spot on remedies(income, Frontline), yet he reported he might want to spray him with some Adams flea and tick spray. He did, it took care of the most suitable fleas genuine solid. yet, kitty replaced right into somewhat out of it for some hours from licking it...wager it has alcohol in it the vet reported, perhaps in blend with the images to boot i do not recognize. yet i might want to ask the vet first, do not use the product without their ok. Forgot to characteristic, I also did the bathtub formerly utilizing the flea comb. Used toddler shampoo around the top, ears, and eyes/face, and dish cleansing soap at something else of his body. yet be very very careful and by no potential to get water in that is nostril, and be confident to save him warmth for the duration of and after. Kittens that small have a problematical time regulating their body warmth, and could be chilly after wards. i might want to have 3 towels accessible, one for today drying the kitten once you're done, a dry towel to wrap him up in after drying him off, and then one which replaced into heating up contained in the dryer even as you've been washing him, and placed that over the dry towel wrapped around the kitten to assist him save warmth. .

You really have to be so carefull with this age kitten, if it drinks to much at once, it can go into a type of shock, with a very distended abdomen. Too many problems here to treat at home this kitty needs the Doctor!

Your right thats exactly what it is. He has just gotten food for the first time since he was starving. That will go away once he gets a regular eating schedule and is goin to the bathroom OK.
