That would depend on the type of Cancer the person had.
If there was discharge, or Bleeding as a result of the Cancer, then the answer is No. The Bleeding or discharge may be communicable. A physician must be consulted.

there is only one type of communicable cancer and unfortunately is a STD. Have you heard of HPV? there have been commercials about it lately. It's virus than can cause cervical cancer if left untreated. not every form of it causes cancers, but it's not something to be taken lightly. People with AIDS who get HPV will get it all over their bodies, not just their sexual organs.
It is the only way however, that you can "catch cancer"

NO. cancer is NOT TRANSMITABE. there is know possible way to pass it on to him'or her it wont even give them a runny nose.....have fun
