The idea of hospitals came from those that believed in Creation, they were Christians doing good works for the infirmed. So, yes, Creationists should be allowed to seek medical care from doctors and hospitals and so should anyone else who is of any other kind of belief. We are supposed to care for one another and treat them with kindness and love. That is how many Hospitals began in the first place. Sadly, now it is big business.

Louis Pasteur has a study called steroechemistry that goes against evolution. He says life can only come from previous life and not inorganic matter,
Frenchman Louis Pasteur used vaccination to fight rabies and anthrax. He also proved that germs play a key role in causing disease. In 1882, Robert Koch identified the germ that causes tuberculosis, described by one historian as “the greatest killer disease of the nineteenth century.” About a year later, Koch identified the germ that causes cholera. Says Life magazine: “The work of Pasteur and Koch ushered in the science of microbiology and led to advances in immunology, sanitation and hygiene that have done more to increase the life span of humans than any other scientific advance of the past 1,000 years.”

Jesus once rubbed a little mud he made from spit into the eyes of a man he healed of blindness. Some say this act symbolizes his endorsement of medicine. It is also widely believed that doctors who discover effective medicines are divinely lead. Also, it is said all cures come from Nature, which God created, according to many.

I see where your going with this, "If god is your protector and you believe if you die it is none other than his will alone...". You post an interesting question. I personally feel that if you think that way "that god will heal you if he wants you to be healed" then you should wait and see if god has a miracle in store for you, going to the doctor may deprive god of one of his miracles". But I'll go to the doctor because I trust science.

I'm sure a Doctor can help you with the hallucinations you are having. There are places for people like yourself to get the help you so desperately need. Just because you believe in God is no reason for them not to help you.
Hope you get the help you need, and I will be PRAYING for you.

Your judgement is based on questions of morality – and not medical in nature.
The Nazi converted their medical system into a killing machine because of political theology and judgment.

A good question.
Likewise the people that don't believe in evolution, should they be allowed to get a flu shot?
I say no. Don't believe Evolution is happening on a daily basis? Then you shouldn't be allowed to use anything that is based directly on the science behind it.
