Nope, it just makes you urinate faster...is that what you want/

1. Check your own metabolism.
2. Eat breakfast everyday...o's and non-fat milk are goood
3. Eat more fruit and vegetables
4. protein - only low-fat
5. Milk - all non=fat
6. forget soda unless with splenda = 0 calories,
forget white bread and white sugar, bread 8-12 grains
7. Walk - park at the farthest parking spot...hence you walk more and try stairs 3-5 minute every day
8. Make these life changes...not faster....again for your health and your life.
9. wallk and walk again...get outside at least 5 minutes more ;like 1/2 hour ...everyday.
10. Make a list - of all those things buggin you....yes write it all down
11. Make a list of good things in your life..and what you want, educaiton , travel , job and everything..yes write it down.
12. When you're done with the bad things..buggin you...tear it up and throw the past away...it served a purpose to show you what's really buggin you.
13. Everything you feel badly about anything, write it down, face it and throw it away.
14. Many times it's not what you eat, it's what's eating you!...so face it and write it down...by now you know the routine.

You have a right to be happy....slowly...and completely..and when you're ready...

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO A ROCKIN RELATINSHIP..now go for it.

You can have the fastest metabolism possible and it will won't compensate for overeating.

The "energy" in Rock Star and other energy drinks comes in the form of sugar and sometimes weak supplements like taurine.

It's a lie and a great marketing gimmick.

No this is not true. they give you heart problems in the long run exspecily if you are 15pounds over weight they recommend you don't drink they. THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU IT IS SUGAR.

no it dosent, actully depending on some energy drinks they could make you more heavy
