yoga and pilates will make you appear longer and leaner. Also...5 inch heels. :) You won't really grow taller though past 18.

By the time you are 18 you have reached your height-you will not grow anymore and alas ther is no way to add height since height is determined by the skeletal ystem and one cannot grow bone nor stretch it. You can work on having very posture -no slouching or rounding your shoulders but standing up straight_"standing Tall" shoulders back,head up and chest out will make you seem taller. But please do not fall for gimmicks for there is not device, food et to make you taller once you have reached your growing heigh by 16-17 years of age. The only way to add and then only 1-2 inches at the very most is done by surgeon on very short people-break the bones in your legs and insert screws-you are immobile for approx 1-2 years for by breaking the bones and leaving a small gap the bone will slowly fill in in the healing process but they continuously break and re-position the screws and so on to force the bone to grow-very painful and why so few actually do it and then the most is maybe 2 inches.A surgeon will not do on anyone but only very short 4 ft and the such and only on those they think emotionally strong enough to do this.

other than taking a growth hormone, you're probably not going to grow much more. some do grow a inch or two more after the age of 18.
Be sure to stand up straight and watch you posture. you can stretch and do some exercises, but they'll only help you stand straighter. They won't make you "grow" any taller.

hi!
grow more height is very easy. drink 1 litre of water when u wake up early in the morning. atleast drink 8 cup of water whole day. exercise like skipping and high jump helps u to grow more. have some energetic drinks daily before u go to bed

I dont mean to disappoint you ! But factors like " height" and "body stature" are mainly determined by our "genetic constitution" and
"you" or "me" cannot due anything on that ! Keep doing regular exercises and keep your body fit.. thats more important than height ! Relax..and best wishes too !
please note : dont get attracted by fake advertisements ! It includes treatment with hormones and steroids..which may lead to complications in later life ..okay ?

Take a good diet,say non-veg,eggs,soups.Do stretching excercises in yoga every morning.Diet matters a lot.
