Have sex a lot and have your hubby exersize a lot so his little sprem can be strong...

You need to know two things:
1. The length of your menstral cycle
2. Your peak day (the day ovulation occurs)
If you search online you'll find many sites say 28 day cycle with ovulation occuring on day 14. However, not all women are the same. I have a 30 day cycle ovulating on day 12. It's pretty off for the norm.
I would say get Toni Weschler's book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility". Otherwise, there is a gadget made by Zetec it's called OvaCue. It is great! I got pregnant the first try with it. :))

Spend your married life as strong as possible for another six months with regular sex(enjoyed by both of you-not one sided) with enough foreplay.Read some books to know more about your menstrual cycle like the follicle maturation phase, the ovulation phase and the post ovulation phase and plan your sex. If still the problem persists, it needs thorough investigation for both of you and it needs a lot of inputs from you. So dont get worried, do it naturally and it should work!! All the best!!

have sex every day while you are on your period. maybe even twice a day. worked for my first child.
