I really like Sunsilk and Herbal Essences...but i don't kno which one i should buy next??? I've never used the US version of Sunsilk tho (only the Filipino kind nd the Australian kind) So which one is better for your hair? I have shoulder length, straight, brown-red hair.

They are both nice, but Herbal Essences seems to smell better, the smell lasts longer, and works for my hair better.

My advice as a user of both of those is to go with the sunsilk if you have dyed, frizzy, or curly hair. The stuff they put in the sunsilk is amazing when it comes to my hair.

I would use the herbal essences hair conditioner with the sunsilk shampoo because mineral wise its better for your hair. This is just my experience. I have terrible dry damaged hair and Im trying to repair it with shampoo's and stuff instead of having it deep conditioned for all the extra money at a stylist. I have tried tons of shampoos and the 2 you named are really my favorites.

I've used Herbal Essence for quite a while now and I like it alot. I think you just need to try them out. I've noticed that some shampoos work differently on everybodys hair.

if you alternate your shampoo between bottles you should prevent from having dull hair, personnally i never use the same shampoo twice in a rowe that way you make sure to never unbalance your ph level...
