I made some for a party and have left overs (yeah hard to believe) and wanted to know how long they keep? There's about 30 left and i would hate for them to go to waste. They have been kept in the fridge since the party

I've put some leftover jello shots in the fridge and forgot about them. dug them up about 2 months later and they were still good. so at least that long.

a week or two cosidering how long they were left out before they were put in the fridge

Usually when I make them they last no more than the minute that they are done so i would not be able to let you know

Put them in the freezer and un thaw when you are ready to use them/they will be just fine
