has and is being used againist citizens that speak out againist the

American and Canadian Governments are worst in torturing they citizens. However, they have UN in their control and do not allow the investigation be down by UN from JAILS! They, maliciously, shout that there is TORTURES in other countries to cover up their own crimes. I do NOT mean that in other countries like England, Iran and Iraq there is not torture. WHAT I mean is that they never admit and apologized from victims of Tortures, like me. I fact I was tortured continuously by the Canadian police, because I complaint against the first Torture!
