Yes! You can get over being in love, especially loving someone who wasn't good for you. It takes time, and yes you will grieve, but another love will come around. Remember- no matter what, there will ALWAYS be someone better!

You can get over it, you will feel better although sometimes it takes some time. There are several ways to break up. You could come out and say that you want to break up. You could take a less direct approach such as not taking his calls or act sooo bad that he breaks up with you; this way you can let him do the dirty work. Some good books to read are "He's Just Not That Into You" or "The Rules." Good luck.
