It is severe, isn't it.
But God does not desire sacrifice.
He desires obedience.
He also desires sin to be purged from the lives of His children, because it has a pervasive way of infecting the whole race.
Be that as it may....
In order to keep the context of the passage you have cited from Judges, it is necessary to look closely at verse 30. It was not God that required the sacrifice. Verse 30 states that it was Jephthah himself that made that vow to God. God did not require it.
Jephthah voluntarily made the vow.
The Lord does not require human sacrifice. See Genesis 22 for how faithful God is to preserve life. Isaac is not sacrificed. God provided Himself a sacrifice when it was required.

Why is it people like you not only take these things out of context (only grabbing scriptures without regard to context) and then launch out in a misguided attempt to confuse people 10 times as much as yourself?
God did not command the man to sacrifice his daughter - the man made and oath. If you (as misguided as you are) make an oath to God, you carry it out.
This is why in the NEW TESTAMENT whereby it applies now under the NEW covenant through Jesus.., we are warned about making oaths. The moral is - if you make a foolish, unthought out oath, it may come back to haunt you.

How about eating children?
And the LORD fulfilled the warning he had uttered against us: against our judges, who governed Israel, against our kings and princes, and against the men of Israel and Judah. He brought down upon us evils so great that there has not been done anywhere under heaven what has been done in Jerusalem, as was written in the law of Moses: that one after another of us should eat the flesh of his son or of his daughter. He has made us subject to all the kingdoms round about us, a reproach and a horror among all the nations round about to which the LORD has scattered us. (Baruch 2:1-4 NAB)
Or beating servants and wives?
But of these things be not ashamed, lest you sin through human respect;…Of constant training of children, or of beating the sides of a disloyal servant; or of a seal to keep an erring wife at home. (Sirach 42:1,5-6 NAB
god's word may be perfect, but man and his mind are flawed. we hear what we want to hear.

Yea, a guy stole something, he brought great terror to ALL his people because the Cannanites were punishing all the people for what he did, so to SAVE the LOT of people, God made sure the theif ONLY was punished.
Why is that a problem for you,. READ THE WHOLE THING, dont expect one verse to mean something, and make a point. We are to smart for that!

You speak of the devils doings and creations whenever you speak of anything evil, God is our father and our protection, the one who loves us enough to have sent his son Jesus Christ so we would be saved and no longer seperated.

Yes the bible was inspired by God but it was written by man. Is it Gods words your quoting or the man wrote it? You may say it was Gods words but are you certain?

the bible also warns of people like you who will twist its words,
skrew its meaning, and bring NO glory to GOD.
if you knew him, truly knew him, you would keep his commandments. Blasphemers also see the fire in hell.
please remember that.
