Im looking for a sub-woofer?

Im looking for a JBL PSW1200 sub woofer its a bit older made between 97 and 99 if you have one or know where to buy one i'dd really like to here about it. I have done all the searches i can think of even looked on ebay I have even wrote an e mail to JBL them self didnt get a replie so plz plz plz help me ppl

I've owned one of these in the past. Why are you looking for this
specific powered sub? I found it to be more boomy than for what
a subwoofer should be used -that is, low bass and impact.

I would recommend considering brands such as Hsu Research
and SVS. If you're looking for a good powered subwoofer for
under $200, then consider the Dayton 12" powered sub. There
are a some good subs under $300 too like the Acoustech H100.

If you have your heart set on that JBL powered sub, try browsing
eBay and Craigslist. You might even find one on Audiogon.

I heard that JBL has not been the best in terms of reliability. I would look elsewhere for a decent sub. I have listened to quite a few that were better, such as, Velodyne, Polk, Klipsch, Infinity. None of these were very expensive, yet were quite good for their price.
