Ok I tryed this last year! Go to www.foodnetwork.com. Click on BBQ WITH BOBBY FLAY. In the recipes search. Type in bbq turkey. The recipe you want is bbq turkey. When i made this last year it was so good., and it was so easy to make. My family love it.

You can't really, unless you have a rotisserie attachment. That's the best ever, because you leave it to cook for about three hours and don't really have to lift a finger.
If you do have a rotisserie, make sure you put a pan of water underneath the turkey as it rotates - this helps keep it really moist.

I've been kicking this around. I love my smoker...and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I've done turkey legs and they turned out great. I would cut the bird into parts, keeping the breast intact. Dry rub, and smoke 'em overnight.

Put it in a roasting pan that allows it at least 2 inches on each side, and based it regularly every 15 mins or so. Put flame on med. low, and cook depending on weight.
