Mexican dip (I don't know any Mexicans that eat it though)

One can chili with beans
one chunk Velveeta cheese
one package cream cheese
jalapenos

Bake and serve with chips. Oh ya, make him a smoothy with those berries.

Although I love to cook, with 3 teenagers, it's hard to find the time I spend enough time in the kitchen making the dinner.

Save yourself some time.Try appetizerstogo.com. I always use them for thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years parties. I used them for my wedding as well.

They have been featured on the NBC Today Show, and in Newsweek Magazine, which is where I found them.

They offer elegant, award winning, gourmet appetizers shipped (free) right to your door, and they have over 100 appetizers to choose from. I'm a good cook, but not as good as these appetizers.

You just bake, serve, and impress!

Serve on a round glass dish......slice up some tomatoes, salted mozzarella, roasted pepper....just layer them every other on the dish.....and sprinkle with some balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.........add some artichoke hearts in the center.
Makes a very good appetiser/antipasto

I like doing Jalepeño poppers. They're always yummy. :) You could also do a french stick, cut into 2 inch pieces with shredded sheddar and garlic powder.. Mini garlic breads!
