Microwave water in a microwave safe mug. Add many tea bags to the hot water, allow to steep and cool. Spray the paper with the dark tea water or pour the tea water into a 9x 12 pan and soak the paper in it for awhile. Carefully pour the water out of the pan allowing the paper to dry overnight, you can also place the pan in an oven on low to dry it more quickly. Or if you used the tea spray blow it dry. The tea should age the paper and when it dries it should appear aged.

Spray the paper lightly with brown vinegar and water mixed.
Place on the bottom rack in the oven while still wet and the oven at the lowest temp there is. Watch closely and remove when dry. You'll see the paper change and look super old.

If yoyu want a weathered, yellowed look, try this...
Use heavy paper, card stock or a little lighter. "soften" it by pulling it tightly across a corner of a desk, or wad and unwad it until its soft like a thin piece of leather. The flatten it again and dip it in a nice room temperature brewed tea (unsweetened).
Lay it flat until it dries, preferably under a book or heavy item to keep it from curling up.
When dry, you have an "antiqued" parchment style paper.

You can get copy paper from Staples that looks like parchment. That'll save you a lot of work.

You can dab a little tea on it, burn it around the edges, or just color it using the side of a brown crayon and crumple it up slightly. If you're going to burn the paper edges, be sure to have an adult around to help you.

Set it on a windowsill where the sun hits it. Pick it back up in 135 years and it will have that yellow parchment appearance.

if you're talking about a tint like sepia you can go to michaels or to hobby lobby and they have walnut ink that you brush on and it will look vintage, and they also have other tones like green, blush, and tan tints. i don't know though if that is wha tyou are talking about.
