Or at least a tendency towards it? Sometimes I worry that if I leave something out that someone might trip over and get hurt so I always worry about me doing something that will hurt someone else. Sometimes I have to repeat a word to myself until it sounds or feels right. And I'm always checking and rechecking stuff that does NOT need to be checked. For example, I will pack my toothbrush with my luggage, and even though I know it's there, I still have to check to be SURE. And I have to check like five times that I have the keys in my hand before I get out of the car. It's just weird. And if I move or do something and it doesn't feel right I have to do it again until it feels normal. What is this?

Obsessive is when you need to do something a certain number of times an compulsive is the "ocd" symptoms you have described without the obsessive part. Therefore, you might not have OCD, but may have some sort of compulsive disorder. My advice would be to see professional help if you cannot control the sudden thoughts and urges on your own. Good luck!

sound like you have some symptoms of ocd, usually though people with ocd have the tendency to do things and count how many times they do it most people either 3 or 5 times they have to do things, and they think if they don't do it something bad will happen.
