but some people seem not to understand that the main reasons to legalize all undocumented is to make sure that :
nobody gets paid under the table
nobody gets paid less than they suposse to .
nobody lives with out identity .
nobody llives with fear of the IRS .
nobody lives with fear of the police .
and nobody gets abused because they " do not have rights " .
why is it so hard for some to understand ??? and why do they think it is OK to try to take all rights from other HUMANS ???

Because they don't see them as humans. Just the same way they used to look at the Blacks before the Civil Rights Movement in the 60's. There is always racial hatred in this country. Most people just suppress it until they have a "politically correct" reason to use it. Everything you say makes perfect sense but the truth is that the White people don't want them here. They try to argue it's because they've committed a "crime" but that's a cover for the real reason. They don't like the changing face of their school, their neighborhood, their shopping mall, etc. Whites expect for everyone else to adapt to them but they refuse to adapt to others. It seems funny to me that all these people have such a huge issue with the one "crime" that an illegal commits by walking over a line in the sand to find a better life for his family but they think nothing of the wealthy American citizens who hide their income and rob the IRS and place a burden on the middle class taxpayers. Their perception of right and wrong is distorted. They refuse to look internally for problems affecting our government because they have a scapegoat - the illegals - to blame them on. You can talk until you're blue in the face to these people but until they can see illegals as HUMAN BEINGS with HUMAN RIGHTS I'm afraid it's all in vain.

It has been proved that amnesty is NOT a deterrent to illegal entry into America. It is actually one of( if not the)greatest cause of the huge increase in illegal entries. A true deterrent would be deportation on a massive scale with employer and landlord fines.
Plus, why is it that some people feel they have the rights that others have? If you are so concerned about "rights" then you are barking up the wrong tree. There are plenty of other countries that have atrocious records of HUMAN rights violations (like mexico) when it comes to dealing with immigration. This tells me that you are not truly a fighter for human rights but merely an advocate for a special interest group. Namely hispanic/latino illegal aliens.

Actually the main reasons for legalizing the status of the illegal invaders of my country is to totally desecrate our laws and let the world know that they don't have to follow them when they come here. That is the only thing that I can see. If that were not true, then we would not have this problem and do what mexico does with illegal invaders, really give them absolutely no rights and lock them up before we ship them out, and take all of their belongings.

Yes, lets just ignore the laws, lets let every one just walk into America and make them citizens and let our population boom out of control. Yeah, let America be the dumbing ground for all of Mexico's problem. Your on a roll there, if enough people break the laws, lets change the laws so they can not be called criminals.
Is that the type of America you want to live ?
krh - We make no one beg to get into the U.S., you want to enter the U.S. start filling out the paper work, and once you get here act like a American .

Why don't you illegally immigrate to Mexico and see how you get treated. A crime is a crime. Why should we allow criminals free reign? Should we just stop sending people to jail and prison? If illegals, whose mere presence here is a crime, are treated better than citizens, we might as well never prosecute another crime.

That statement means no borders at all, and that means we are not a sovereign Nation, it means illegal immigrants make our laws and they tell us what to do in our own country. Illegal immigrants have no rights here, it is not their country. We already gave amnesty in 86, it did no good except encourage more people to come and caused a lot more people from other countries to sneak in, hoping for another amnesty. If amnesty is given again it will send a message to others, just come they will not deport you all you have to do is hide and waite for the next amnesty.

How about nobody brakes the immigration laws and gets ahead of others who obey the law?
How about nobody puts an extra strain on our schools and hospital emergency rooms?
How about nobody brings gang warfare to our cities and put an undo strain on our police and prisons?
How about nobody works for 1/2 wage and drive the wages of all American citizens down?

they should be legal. if they pass amnesty, the fence will still go up. they ( the minutemen & women) are asking for donations to help build the fence. there are to many humans in america. we will eventually over populate this country. humans anywhere have rights. it's up to the other countrys to inforce them rights. we americans treat any human from another country like a human. but does the other countrys treat their own people like humans. no!! but america is always there to help.
we are becoming over populated. we will eventually run out of funds to keep us going. we will not be able to feed are selfs, let alone other countrys.

You are reaching....badly, I might add.
Criminal trespassers should have no rights and it's not impossible to begin mass deportations. We don't want them here.
