Cake flour, which can be kind of hard to find......it's usually in the cake mix aisle in a well stocked supermarket, the brand is called Swan's Down........it's a micropulverized type of flour, made from a different wheat........produces a lighter and moister cake than regular all purpose flour

Depending on who you go to to make your wedding cake, they wll use self raising flour, or non-self raising flour and add the yeast to the dough themselves. Most places take the cheaper, easier way out and just use self-rising though.
