1. Charles Darwin was an English naturalist whose revolutionary theory laid the foundation for both the modern theory of evolution and the principle of common descent by proposing natural selection as a mechanism. He published this proposal in 1859 in the book The Origin of Species, which remains his most famous work.

2. Alfred Russel Wallace was a Welsh naturalist, explorer, geographer, anthropologist and biologist. He independently proposed a theory of natural selection which prompted Charles Darwin to publish his own more developed and researched theory sooner than he had intended. Wallace is sometimes called the "father of biogeography". (I have a M.S. in Biogeography.)

3. My father died three days ago. I'm so very lonely for him. I'd like just one more chance to tell him that i love him and what he has meant to me, to my children, in his life. He knew, i know he knew, but i want another chance to hug him, my dad, and tell him what a terrific father he was. I'm sure he'd very much enjoy having dinner with me, Charles Darwin and Alfred Wallace. My dad was a social guy.

My dad, my friend and a friend I never had the opportunity to meet. That would be simply beautiful. The first two are dead and the last one might as well be because I will never get to meet him. So, I feel that this dinner would be ever so wonderful and exciting. I think we all have so much catching up to do and so many things to say and questions to answer. I can just imagine it now. I can't wait. Maybe I will dream of this tonight and live it out and have some satisfaction or rather enjoyment in my life.

Probably three living people. I don't think I'd be comfortable with dead bodies at the dinner table. I guess I wouldn't have to entertain that much so this one really is a toss up.

Bertrand Russell, George Bernard Shaw, and Pete Seeger. They are perhaps the greatest minds and most morally courageous people in the past 200 years.

No, wait: I would choose my parents and my grandfather (all deceased) - I would give anything to be with the three of them again! Because I loved them so much.

Jesus, Muhammad and The Great Sage Sakyamuni. Why? To show the world that our religious patriarchs would have handled differences in beliefs the correct and holy way: with compassion, wisdom, understanding and love.

I would invite Isaac Newton because he was one of the greatest minds in the world.
I would invite Claude Monet because he's been my favorite artist since I was 6 years old.
I would invite Abraham Lincoln because he was one of the greatest leaders.

~Stacie Orrico-she's my fav. singer and I just wanna chat w/ her and see what she's like.

~Camilla Belle or Drew Sidora-they're both my fav. actresses and I'd love to meet them. It's hard to choose which one tho, so I guess Camilla or Drew.
