You could be suffering from a migraine. Most the time going to bed and no noise or light helps some. I take advil but, you can take tylenol if you take that. Ice in a baggie on the head believe it or not does help, shrinks the inflammation and the old fashioned ice packs are a really good idea that we gave up to take a pill. No one uses it anymore but it works. I hope you feel better soon. If it gets worse or you kow someone who can check your BP get that done. If it's never happened before you may want to see the Dr. tom. make sure it's nothing else.

You should really see a doctor. It could be be nothing big but it could get serious. Its never good to not be able to sleep. Your body needs to rest over night if you don't you could get weaker and get some serious headaches. Ive felt like that before but I knew what my problem was. I would stay up till 7am playing video games, go to sleep, wake up at 4-5pm eat and play again. I would only see sunlight for an hr. Which is bad. So seriously go see a doctor.

If you're possibly sensitive to light and noise it's probably a migraine. A good painkiller and sleep in a dark room.

*If were were to become really horribly dizzy and throwing up have it checked out pronto.
