cash card (kids)?

is there any cash cards for kids other than aol. with low or no fees i really need your help on this. Please answer. TEN POINS WILL BE GIVING TO THE BEST ANSWER!!!

If you go to National City Bank (or a bank near you) or your local mall, you should be able to buy a gift card with a major logo (usually with a Visa). It's a prepaid card the kids can use like a debit card. You won't have to worry about them overcharging more than the limit you pay for.
