the sauce is single cream and tinned tomatoes,onions.cheese...i have a lot left over enough for another dinner is it ok to freeze this?

yes it can be frozen for up to 1-2 weeks

It is really better to add the cream when you reheat the sauce, rather than before freezing it. It will taste ok, but the cream may seperate a little.

Freeze away, when you thaw it out do it over a double boiler and add a little butter to bring back the sheen plus it reinforces the butter content of the cream

Single cream can be frozen when used incombination with other ingredients, but I'd use it quickly if possible. Seperation still may occur and leave you with something quite inedible.

ya but when you will take it out the frozen ice will turn into water so it might be little watery so it might not taste the same

Yes you may, when re-heating slowly bring it to temp and constantly stir. This will help burning and separation

Yes, you can freeze it. However, do NOT unfreeze and refreeze, you'll get mighty sick and puke everywhere. :(
