I was just wondering. A friend told me that the best way to get rid of acnes is to scrub dialy. I love the after feel of scurbbing my face, but I once read from somewhere that it'll make the acne worst.

Puh-lease recommend me some great facial scurbs!!! Especially for acne skins!!! Thanks ^^

NO NO NO. No scrubbing. That just moves the bacteria around the whole face and that's all you need. The face should be patted each night with a washcloth and hor saltwater to draw out the impurities. You can just lie it on your face and leave it for a minute or two. Then buy some witch hazel at the dollar stopre or wal mart for 3-4 bucks and some cotton balls. Take one ball to each pimple and put witch hazel on the cotton and use it once on one pimple t clean and get it in there pretty good. After doing your face let it dry. This is a natural astringent that also Ph balances the skin and does not burn. Then at night put a dab of antibiotic ointment on each pimpole. Do not touch but one, use a few Q-tips for this and throw them away. This should start to clear your face in a week, then as it clears you can start leaving off the ointment and just use the witch hazel. Then when it clears always use the witch hazel every day and when you gat a pimple go to that method for that breakout. Always dab the face, don't scrub and spread any bacteria around. Ok? good luck.

Jason's Apricot Scrub is gentle enough to use every day, but I would recommend only once a week. The best way to get rid of acne is to eat healthy, i.e. less oily foods and don't touch your hands to your face through out the day. Your hands are full of oils and dirt that can also make your skin break out.

Do you have white heads, black heads or cystic acne? Each type have different treatments. If you have black heads it is usually dirt and oil clogging the pores. Try a mild soap and less pore clogging makeup.

If you have white heads it maybe bacterial in nature in which case you can use an antibacterial soap like "Dial" antibacterial or benzol perioxide wash. Careful they maybe drying so it's good to follow with a light mosturizer afterwards.

If it's cystic you may have a more involved case of acne which you may want to consult with a dermatologist if benzol perioxide and salisylic acid washes don't help.

Good Luck!
