This is COLLEGE, honey — probably the most important period in your life. People who don't or won't go don't understand how much stress the rest of us are under. If your boyfriend is worried about not getting enough of your attention, explain that you can only be with him when it's convenient for both of you. Obviously you care very much about a future career, and rightfully so. Don't let his neurosis stand in your way.
(In the interests of full disclosure, I'm starting college next year, but I've been really focused on school this year in the hopes of getting scholarships. So I do know a little about college-related stress.)

Well, college is a time to experiment and find out who we really are. It's our last chance to have fun before we become adults. Being tied down limits the fun you have because you always have to wonder, "What will my boyfriend think of me if I do this?".

It's hard for someone who isn't in school to understand why you are so busy and have no time. He's not going to understand, party because he is selfish. Take a break until you graduate. If he's worth it, he'll wait for you to finish.
