Please listen to what I'm going to tell you!
Stay away from the pills, I can't stress the dangers of that!
Do what I suggest, you will have results. I wish I lived near by I would train you myself.
Take note:
No pop/soda/juice. Only milk (2% or less) and water, NOT FLAVORED , just water
Whole grain breads and pasta, make sure they say 100%. watch the ingredients they will list Fructose Corn syrup and Molasses so try to go organic on that.
FIBER, FIBER, FIBER. that is a natural hunger suppressant, plus it slows down the digestive process so you pass a lot of what you should digest anyway.
VEGGIES and Fruits, not to forget legumes, beans, etc
and please, walk! Walk the mall, the stores, park far away just walk. (from there we would work on more)

Make sure you eat healthily, eating the right proportion of foods from each category. Try to increase your intake of fruit, vegetable and water. I have personally found having several small meals a day (5 or 6, of which several are a bowl of cereal) has been very effective. That way you don't get hungry and don't binge eat. The following leaflet is very good and reliable (beware of fad diets and things asking for your money): http://www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/23068959/ as is other info available from the site (http:www.patient.co.uk). Find some exercise that you enjoy doing and stick to it regularly. Even little things like walking up stairs rather than taking the lift, and travelling by foot and bike rather than car will make a difference. Finally, try not to let your self esteem come from your appearance. Although appearance is important to most people, it is not who you are, only a small part. You are unique and incredibly precious. If you have a kind, loving personality, that will shine through no matter what you look like. Having said that of course it is healthier not to be overwieght, but don't think that being overweight makes you have any less value as a person. All the best darling.

You will do much better to change your eating habits and start and exercise plan. I am a big fan of the sensible weight loss programs like Weight Watchers. You will learn to eat healthy foods in the proper portion sizes. And exercise doesnt have to be a killer when you start out. Try walking, it will naturally increase your metabolism and you will see the fat melt off. Gradually add in some other aerobic activity and weight training. And don't forget plenty of water. You can do this, don't give up!

don't pay money. you don't need to.
get away from food. throw yourself into life.
learn about calories.
i think the cabbage soup diet (google it) is the bomb
if you need some structure.
Also what works is just eat less. If you normally eat
a sandwich, eat just a third of a sandwich.
if you would usually eat 17 potato chips, just eat 3 potato chips.
mentally think to yourself 'what would i normally eat'
and just eat 20% of that.
weight loss isn't a product that you can buy.
it is a process you must pursue, a lot like a class at school.
work on it every day.
