I'm American, and am friends with some British men. I don't know about the rest of the British male population, but the ones I know are not at all stuffy.

Ummmm, not quite sure what ya mean by that.... But um if your referring to stuffing.. no, British men are not filled with stuffing... Contrare to popular belief, I'm pretty sure they have organs and red blood, just like everyone else.
