How do ya make a brother pay his bills before he runs out on the house he lives in?

It's OUR house ( all us kids' house)--and he's taking off on a job tomorrow for two straight years.
When he leaves, that's two weeks of bills he has run up at the house.
What to do before he leaves?

Have a sit down before he goes.Write down all the bills and what he owes ask him if he can afford to help you if he says no then ask if he can send you some money from his check each week to put towards his debt.Small payments til his debt is paid off maybe 50 bucks a week.Good Luck :)
