I did some research just for you and found (which i didn't even know) that apple can prevent heart disease, prevent some cancers, promote lung health.Apples- "decrease the risk of heart disease by protecting against the damaging effects of "bad" cholesterol; and reduce the risks of certain types of cancer due to antioxidant and fiber content." Type two diabetes also is less likely when eating apples. Men are less likey to get postate cancer thanks to apples.
Apples have no fat, cholesterol, or sodium, and are an excellent source of fiber five grams, more than most cereals!
