would choc skim milk have more sugar than orange sherbert?

It depends on how you make the chocolate milk (how many spoonfuls of chocolate syrup or what pre-mixed brand you buy) and what brand of sherbet. On average, the chocolate milk would have about 150 calories and 25 grams of sugar, but nearly 1/3 of your daily calcium and 1/4 of your daily vitamin D, as well as 8 grams of protein and other nutrients. The orange sherbet would have on average over 200 calories, 36 grams of sugar, and basically no vitamins or anything.

For goodness sakes, drink the milk!

Nutritionally speaking, neither one is particularly healthful, but the milk is probably better overall, and does have less sugar than sherbet which is mostly a dessert.

I'd vote for the chocolate milk..both for lower calories, but healthier too...just my guess
