I have volunteered to be gunged for charity. I've always wanted to be gunged (strange I know!) and I would like to get done in a wedding dress (even stranger). I'm asking if anyone would like to see me get gunged in a wedding dress and not just the normal 'shorts and a t-shirt?' I want to ask public opinion to know what I should wear. If it makes any difference, the gunge will either be 'real TV' gunge or custard or a mixture of both. What do you think?

It's a great idea as long as you're ok with the fact that it may not be OK afterwards. Gunging someone who's wearing a wedding dress is gonna draw a lot more attention & bigger sponsorship than just getting gunged in a old pair of jeans and a t-shirt or something like that! DO IT!!!

Are you crazy £1500 dress ruined for a thrill. If you want to really know what it feels like do it before or after the wedding. Don't be tempted by friends daring you. It's a special day. Look beautiful. Gunge Yuk!!! Could think of nothing worse. Remember there will be other people there who wouldn't appreciate this new craze of gunging.

if you want gunging, dressed in white..im sure youll get dozens of volunteer gunkers to acccomodate your wishes and make money for charity. but will the phantom flan flinger get an invite?

great idea... im off to look for my bucket and old tiswas episodes... you arent by any chance sally james are you... pity...

and for our poor american posters, gunging is when someone is gunged. to gunge, or to be gunged, that is the question, whether you can bear the gallons of gooey luminous glop custard, baked beans chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, and jello.. and itsall mixed in a big bucket and poured carrie style over ones head... alll for charity... yeah, were all slightly mad, but its fun..

YES! Brilliant idea. Get the dress from chariry shop and make sure it is washable, then you can wash it afterwards and donate it to charity again. Or you could take it off at the end (having something suitably decent underneath) as a sponsored strip tease. Or you could auction the dress at the end.

if the wedding dress isn't gonna be reused at a wedding or you think it can be cleaned go for it, just don't be upset if the dress is ruined
