can u plz help me? i want to get a flat stomach in little time for a concert next week...i wont probably have it that fast but anything will help! thanx!

The best ab workout for me is doing crunches. A week is a pretty short time for a visible change though, just to warn you. But try doing crunches and/or situps. It works!
P.S. Yoga and/or aerobics work great as well!

good diet, exercise, eating healthy. you know when you eat healthy or when you dont. exercise an hour a day or more. look, you have flab covering your abs and the only way to get your abs to show is to burn it by doing cardio. to make them really show then you got to do stuff like sit ups and crunches. have fun and change routines.
