I don't know how much collateral damage he has caused but I remember reading about him in one of the Sunday papers and it was a nice story of how a man taught himself to shoot to a very high standard with an old riffle.
He was subsequently recruited by the locals to help keep the abusive American solders at bay.
Anybody who doesn't like the story should try to think what they would do should the shoe be on the other foot.
Fight back or accept your being invaded.

I wonder if tambaramb is from Britain. If so then has just labelled his precious SAS and British Army as cowards as they killed a few dozen IRA members in ambushes e.g. Loughgall and Gibralter. A sniper is simply another tool of war and there is no difference between someone sniping and someone launching a cruise missile from a few thousand miles away only for it to land on some unexpecting village.

I come from N. Ireland and know that the British army have killed many unarmed and innocent people including children. Operation Motorman saw a 14 year old child have his head blasted off with a heavy machinegun from several meters away. Then there was Bloody Sunday. There was also the IRA sniper who made South Armagh a no go area for British troops and they had to be transported by helicopter. He would kill from over a mile away with a Barett light 50. It wasn't long before self made road signs appeared stating "warning, sniper at work".

This is not the work of one coward. This is the work of many cowards. Takes a real soldier to kill someone of no threat in the presence of children an women. What heroes these people are.

Of course I am being sarcastic with my "takes a real soldier comments". Thought I'd edit for those who couldn't get that. As a Vet, Juba needs to be Juba-d.

I doubt it is one guy.I heard on the news but,don't know how
many soldiers he has killed.anyway this is just another weapon
in war.any loss of life is a waste this is just the press doing their
thing.you never here about the cluster bombs(illegal)that have been dropped or all the other stuff that has been conveniently
overlooked.the only press you here from in Iraq are shown around
by the coalition and are censored.only Iraqis can report from
downtown Baghdad and they risk death by doing it.
