you cna't prevent cancer 100% So many things cause cancer. Genetics, overexposure to radiation and harmful chemicals etc.
My advice would to just live a healthy life by eating right and exercising.

Since there are all kinds of cancers, there are all kinds of causes and preventions, and of course, some can't be prevented.

Many are hereditary. With these, of course, your best bet is to know your family's medical history, and to keep an eye on the cancerous patterns, so that you can catch it early if you get it, and so that you can lower any other risk factors.

Not smoking can help prevent lung or esophogal (spelling?) cancer. Not drinking can help prevent liver cancer. Protecting your skin from harmful sun rays (and immitation sun rays) prevents skin cancer.

The biggest "prevention" is actually early detection and treatment. Almost all cancers have strains that can't be prevented (non-smokers can get lung cancer; you can have worn sunscreen every day of your life and still get skin cancer; it's even happened that men get breast cancer - but it's VERY rare), so lowering your risk factors and staying on top of your health is a BIG thing. If you're female, get mammograms and pap smears as often as you should; if you're male, suffer through the colonoscopy and prostate exams. Talk to your doctor if you think there's anything weird going on, such as bruising, broken bones that won't heal, shortness of breath, abnormal moles, breast lumps, etc.

Antoxidants are vitamins A,C and E...these vitamins slow the aging process by combating free radicals within tissues and the bloodstream...now vitamin c imparticular boosts the body's auto immune system...whereas vitamin a attacks issues directly affecting tissue degeneration...vitamin e is basically wheat germ oil and is good for rebuilding tissues such as those found in the skin and the heart...ok...the other side of the coin in my opinion is alchohol...with alcohol it seems everything you do for the most part to help yourself is put on hold or so it seems...ok alchohol is the only real proven thing to actually do so much damage and cause internal cancers and detrimental illness to almost every part of the anatomy...even though this is common and even old knowledge people continue to indulge for whatever reason...

eat LOTS (more than the daily recommended value) of fresh fruits and vegetables....especially the ones with vibrant colors. they are said to help prevent cancer. just eat healthy...

use sun screen to prevent skin cancer and avoid over exposure to the sun.

don't smoke or do drugs....we all know the risks of that one....putting chemicals into your body that where not meant to be in it in the first place is just asking for it.

lots of things can cause cancer.....

that's just some of my opinions/things I have read about cancer. good luck!

I take a huge tablespoon full of green superfood powder a couple of times a day, every day, with a shot of blueberry juice.

It has a good blend of vitamins and minerals, barley, wheat, oat, spinach, spirulina, chlorella, flax and lignans, astragalus, green tea and digestive enzymes.

Add to that the blueberry juice, and that's pretty much your full-spectrum of cancer fighters right there. :)
