Ok it can either be a little puss or scar tissue building up. Best thing you can di is sea salt soaks according to my piercer. What you do is go buy some sea salt (no iodine please) and mix one teaspoon of sea salt into one cup of warm water (has warm as you can take) into a cup and hold it up to your ear (tilt your head to the side) and let it soak for at least 10 min. Do this 2-3 times a day. You should see results. It may take a while though. What this does is help promote blood flow and healing. It also gives bacteria a place to go to and leave your ear since it wants to be in a warm salty place. Then make sure you rinse all the salt water off your ear. I hope this is helpful. Email me if you have any more questions!

I think this is normal unless you have infection, pain or discharge from the ear lobe. If you don't have these things, the bump will probably go away by itself eventually. It's probably just a little swelling, because it takes time for the earlobe to heal completely. If you do develop pain or infection, see your doctor.

I've had many cartilage piercings. Mine always got bumps. This might sounds gross, but sometimes those bumps would pop and puss would come out, and then the bump would come back again. As long as its not infected your fine.. i personally just gave up and took them out.

just do sea salt soaks or chamollie presses. The chamollie calms it down.
