First and most important thing to do is develop self confidance. You need great will power to make yourself eat the correct amount of food everyday. I would say it is possible, but you may need a person or people to support you through this tough time.

You never truly rid yourself of anorexia. You recover from it with the knowledge that if you don't do certain things in your life you can relapse. Anorexia is a disease like alcoholism and drug addiction. It is best to get professional help with this as the recovery rate will be higher. Talk to a therapist or doctor and work together for a treatment plan. Good luck.

Well if someone isn't going to go to a doctor about it, then for it to happen would have to take someones own will power and forcing themselves to change.

watch what your eating and try to eat more and more at each meal. Eat foods that have some fat in them and eat healthy but don't try to lose weight.

I'd say you would WANT to see a psychologist,...i truly think that would help!
