Almost certain - if the community college in Texas is accredited, which I believe all of them are, and the courses are recognized by the Louisiana U, there should be no problem.
Good luck to her and to you

It depends on if the Louisiana school accepts credits from that particular institution in Texas. Make sure your cousin contacts BOTH schools and gets everything IN WRITING. Never ASSUME. I know a guy who did this, didn't get it in writing, and is now having to borrow another $30,000 for an extra year of college.

I am a student at LSU now. Tell your cousin to contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at LSU.... 225-578-1175 between 8 and 4pm on Monday through Fridays, and explain her situation. They'll let her know. Hope it helps.
