Can anybody die from crying sometimes like being depressed?

Can anybody who cry sometimes die of depression? I was just wondering why I would cry sometimes. I have great parents and a nice brother but I feel that I couldn't accept who I am sometimes.

you could die only if you died of dehydration from losing too many tears. body would stop making tears at a certain point in order to prevent this tho, so it would be pretty hard.
most people die of depression only when they kill themselves.

you say you have a nice family, use them for support if you feel depressed. see a doctor if you think you have a chronic condition. it is easily correctible by medication

Sometimes it feels like you will die, but you won't. I promise. Depression has a physical cause, like diabetes or pain from an injury. It could be hormonal, which is also easily treatable. Talk to your parents about how you feel. You won't regret it.

Nope, no one's ever died of a broken heart. You may just be moody, or actually depressed. Talk to a friend, or a counsellor, or your parents. WHoever you feel comfortable with.

For sure, people have died from broken hearts. Especially old people who have been together all their lives. Their fraile bodies just can't take the emotional pain and stress caused by the death of their spouse.

perhaps you should go and visit a pyschologist/pyschiatrist counsellor. sometimes people just feel the way you do, doesnt matter about their circumstances
