A lot of water, tylinal, rest, Vick's, tissues, steam bath, eat enough, maybe skipping school for about 1 or 2 days would help, Vitamin C, take aspirin, pain relievers.
~Hope this helps!~

Drink plenty of fluids, take Tylenol for the fever. If you can get a cool mist vaporizer for you bedroom. That helps too. And if its in your chest get some Vick's vapor rub and smear it on you chest at bedtime. Make sure to wash it off if your going outside. There are plenty of over the counter cold remedies, but if you have health problems be sure to ask the pharmacist which ones would be okay to take. And i am a firm believer that every one should get a flu shot.

Drink plenty of water. Get lots of rest, chicken noodle soup, and maybe some over-the-counter allergy medicine or something. I had a bad chest cold a couple of weeks ago, and TheraFlu completely cleared it up. It has the worst taste in the world, but if you add 3 tablespoons of sugar to the natural lemon flavor, it tastes a lot like lemonade.

Drink as much water as you can handle - you can also try zinc supplement which have been proven to reduce the duration of the common cold. Zicam makes a nasal swap that is quite popular.

Get off the computer and rest. If you haven't already taken meds, do so then go lie down.
