In the refrigerator about four days. If you use the cold water method in the sink(for quick thaw) at least a day and a night. Be sure to change the cold water about every hour and a half. There should be guidelines somewhere on the wrapper.

3 to 4 days in the fridge, 6 hours under cool running water, never leave it out to defrost you risk the whole salmonella thing
