i asking this because my teacher wont tell me and i wanna know if anyone knows

There is no such thing. The definition of clapping states that two hands are involved, not one, so whatever you're doing with your one hand is not clapping, no matter what.
It's like claiming that you're running on one foot, which is actually hopping, not running, because running implies that both feet are involved.

This is one of those philosophical questions designed to provide enlightenment...it's like: "If a tree fell and no one was around to hear it would it make a sound?"...from what I've just heard it's a 5000 year old riddle or something that has no answer grasshopper...

well take your hand and fold it so your fingers touch near your wrist and repeat rapidly, THAT is the sound of one hand clapping.
