i really want to lose weight, what is the best method, i want to lose weighr quickly and begin to grow muscular. any foods i should eat? good in house exercises?

any answers are appreciated.

You won't tlike this answer however the best and only safe way to lose weight is through a combination of diet and excercise. Given your goals and desire to stay in house, you need to reduce your total caloric intake by focusing your diet on high proteien foods (like tuna and chicken) and fresh vegetables. Drink plenty of water (at LEAST 64 oz/ day)- no soft drinks (not even diet) and begin a workout combining cardiovascular excersice (like jumping rope) with muscle building excercises like lunges, squats, push-ups, pull-ups, and abdominal crunches. The more muscle you build the more caloies your body will burn during the day to maintain that muscle mass. As you start you may actually gain weight, this is because muscle is more dense than fat. Try not to weigh yourself too often! Hope it helps.
