SPF 30+ it is the highest you can get and it is the best. you should apply it every 2hrs or more sooner then that if you go swimming

30 is good. I had a doctor tell me I shouldn't even walk out of my front door without SPF 25 or more. I have very fair skin, and especially in the summer, I get sunburned so easily...so if you've got fair skin 20 or higher should be good.

depends. 15 at the very, very minimum. try to use at least 30, better safe than sorry :)
