i want to ask a girl out but i feeling a little scared/shy this is my first time any tips?

go on aa date with her so you are alone and not distracted. is she goes on the date with you she must be into you so no worries because she obiously has feelings for you too. just throw it into the conversation like normal. then you shouldnt feel scared. good luck!

Just ask her. Talk to her privately or write it in a note(if you're in school). Just don't do those yes no boxes, cos then she'll put maybe, and that is just annoying. Be suave about it and don't say something dumb like"your hair is pretty" cos that is creepy. The worst thing she can say is no. And if she does, she won't hate you for it.
